Respect & General Conduct
Friendly banter and competitive talk are part of gaming, but harassment, hate speech, slurs, personal attacks, and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability will result in an immediate ban.
Do not post content deliberately intended to provoke emotional, hostile, or disruptive reactions.
Attack the argument, not the person. If a debate turns hostile, disengage or take it to private messages (if both parties consent).
Content & Posting Standards
Ensure your thread is in the appropriate section (game-specific forums, technical support, recruitment). Use descriptive titles and avoid clickbait or all-caps yelling (e.g., "HELP" or "LOOK HERE NOW").
Search before creating duplicate threads. Do not necro-bump resolved topics after months of inactivity unless adding meaningful new info, and avoid one-word spam replies (e.g., "+1", "this").
Mark spoilers clearly in thread titles and use [spoiler] tags when discussing campaign storylines, endings, or unreleased game content.
Safety, Security & Prohibited Topics
Never share personal identifiable information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, private accounts) of yourself or others.
Sharing malware, botting software, unauthorized cracks, pirated media, or ToS-violating exploits is strictly prohibited.
Buying, selling, or trading accounts, keys, in-game currency, or services for real money is forbidden.
Explicit imagery, extreme gore, or graphic violence are not permitted anywhere—including avatars, signatures, and profiles.
Advertising & Self-Promotion
Do not promote external websites, Discord servers, referral links, or commercial products without staff approval.
Sharing your Twitch stream or YouTube video is allowed in designated creator subforums for active community members.
Staff Decisions & Moderation
ENFORCEMENT & STRIKE SYSTEM
*Severe offenses (hate speech, doxxing, malware) skip directly to permanent suspension.
Verbal warning issued by staff and removal of the offending post or thread.
Formal warning point added plus a temporary 24–48 hour posting restriction.
Temporary account suspension ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on severity.
Permanent ban from the forums and all linked Osiris Gaming servers and services.
